چکیده

The research made it possible to develop a technology for the production of soft beverages using natural vegetable raw materials. To prepare non-alcoholic drink direct brewing, following materials were selected: chamomile, orange, lemongrass, valerian, cinnamon, ginger, rose, karkade, rosehip, honeybush. As result study composition ingredients, was found that this material is rich in vitamins, macro- and microelements, organic acids, tannins, dietary fibers, flavonols other functional substances. At same time, they contain small amount calories. Due presence benzoic acid rosehip fruits, sorbic will be stabilized, since are preservatives. Also, orange peel, karkade give taste pleasant aroma. Thus, considered favorable object create based on them. Beverages these herbal ingredients demand among people who take care their health. During experiment, three experimental blends two beverages, with different contents ginger honeybush, lemongrass. According organoleptic parameters, one option selected each drink. physico-chemical parameters finished product - brewing have been studied. Based conducted research, technological scheme obtaining method modeled. Technological documentation has developed.

Soft microporous green materials from natural soybean oil.

Rheological Study: The rheological properties of the organogels were studied by an advanced rheological expansion system (Advanced Rheometer AR-1000, TA Instruments, USA). The gel was first dissolved in an oven at 100°C and then 1 mL of this solution was dropped between the two parallel plates of the AR-1000. The upper plate (cone diameter = 60 mm, cone angle 2°) was lowered to form a gap of 61...

Natural radioactivity concentration in raw materials used for manufacturing refractory products

Background: Some Particular areas contain natural radionuclide at levels much higher than those usually present in earth's crust. The radiological impact of the use of zirconium ore in zirconium industry is due to internal exposure of the lung by alpha particles and external exposure of the body by the gamma rays. The result of gamma spectrometry measurement of the concentrations of th...

Foam Materials Made from Carbon Nanotubes

1.1 What is CNT foam? Foam is a macroporous material and comes in many forms, such as polystyrene shock absorbers, dish-washing sponges, and foam board insulation. This chapter describes a technique to prepare foam materials from carbon nanotubes (CNTs). The use of a CNTmade foam as a kitchen sponge may not be a good idea, however. We of course expect the nano-carbons to have a specific functio...

Porous materials via nanocasting procedures: innovative materials and learning about soft-matter organization.

Nanocasting, the 3D-transformation of self-assembled organic nanostructures into hollow inorganic replicas under preservation of fine structural details has recently turned out to be a versatile tool, both for the synthesis of porous media with new pore topology as well as for the characterization of the assembled structures themselves. This review gives a review on recent work describing the p...
